The purchase contract is concluded with Natur Total Ltd, Victory House, Arch. The display of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. You can first place products in your cart without obligation and correct your entries before submitting a binding order using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your cart. Receipt of your order is confirmed by email immediately after submission. We accept your order by an express order confirmation or by dispatching the goods. If an immediately executed payment method is offered, acceptance may occur when payment is requested or confirmed. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt alone does not constitute acceptance.
3. Contract language and storage of the contract text
The language available for concluding the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in your customer account.
4. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Details of shipping costs are provided with the offers.
We deliver by shipping only. Collection of goods is unfortunately not available.
5. Payment
The payment methods available for your order and their conditions are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
6. Statutory warranty and guarantees
Statutory liability for defects applies. Information about any additional guarantees and their exact conditions is provided with the product and on specific information pages in the online shop.
7. Liability
Customer claims for damages are excluded. This does not apply to claims arising from injury to life, limb or health or from a breach of essential contractual obligations, or to liability for other damage caused by an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the provider, its legal representatives or persons employed to perform its obligations. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment is necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract.
Where essential contractual obligations are breached through ordinary negligence, the provider is liable only for foreseeable damage typical of the contract, except for customer claims arising from injury to life, limb or health.
The limitations in paragraphs 1 and 2 also apply to the provider's legal representatives and persons employed to perform its obligations where claims are made directly against them.
The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
8. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. The former European online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
