Natur Total Ltd is the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Scope and shop functions
This privacy policy applies to Kolloidales.com and its Shopify online shop, including product selection, the shopping cart, orders, customer accounts and customer service, to the extent that you use these functions.
For orders, we process in particular names, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, ordered items, and payment and transaction information to perform the contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We fulfil statutory documentation and retention obligations on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
3. Website provision and server data
When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed, in particular your IP address, date and time, the page accessed, referrer, browser and device information. Processing is necessary to provide a secure and stable website and detect misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Shopify
The shop is operated using Shopify. The provider is Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. Shopify processes technical usage and shop data to provide, secure and improve the platform. Affiliated companies and service providers outside the European Economic Area may also be involved. 5. Cookies and consent
Shopify uses technically necessary cookies to ensure that the website functions securely. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are used only if they have been configured and the required consent has been given. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the cookie settings.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or a contact form, we process your contact details and the contents of your message to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Please do not send health data or other particularly sensitive information.
7. Recipients and processors
Data is shared only with parties that need it for the purposes stated. These include, in particular, Shopify and technical hosting, security and communications providers. For order processing, necessary data may also be shared with your selected payment service, shipping and logistics providers, and service providers used for order management. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
When you contact us through WhatsApp, the external WhatsApp service opens. WhatsApp also processes data under its own privacy policy. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at any time. Please do not send sensitive health data.
8. Retention period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Contact enquiries are generally deleted once processing is complete, unless statutory obligations or legitimate reasons justify further retention.
9. Your rights
