Free shipping from €49 applies only to deliveries within Germany. The fixed shipping rate applies to each other listed destination. The order value calculated at checkout after discounts determines the threshold.

Tracking and insurance included
Once your shipment is on its way, you will receive the available tracking information so you can follow your parcel. Parcel shipments are insured.
Delivery times
Actual transit times depend on the destination country, the DHL network, weekends and public holidays, and, for international shipments, any customs or import procedures. We therefore do not give unrealistically short blanket delivery estimates. Tracking provides the latest status after handover to DHL.
International shipping
The countries currently served and applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the relevant customs or tax territory, import duties, taxes or fees may arise which, where provided by law, are payable by the recipient.

We pack your order carefully and appropriately for transport. If a shipment nevertheless arrives damaged, please write to us as soon as possible and, where possible, send photos of the parcel and goods. Our customer service will help resolve the matter.
